Brief

In a 4-hour AI strategy workshop, we guided Steadyrack’s team through AI technologies and conducted a thorough review of their processes to identify opportunities for AI integration. This led to actionable insights to enhance team efficiency and identified specific opportunities to boost sales.

Problem

Steadyrack, a company specialising in innovative bike rack solutions, recognised the potential of AI to play an integral role in enhancing their operations, products, and workflows. While they had already begun integrating AI into specific processes, Steadyrack wanted a deeper understanding of AI’s potential across their business. They aimed to explore further applications that aligned with their goals to fully harness AI’s transformative capabilities for their team and operations. Solution

We facilitated a 4-hour AI strategy workshop for Steadyrack, split into two focused segments. In the first part, we aimed to deeply understand their current processes and how AI was being used, if at all. To identify opportunities for AI, we engaged the team with targeted questions such as:

  • What repetitive processes do you currently perform?
  • Are there any set forms or reports you regularly fill out?
  • How do you handle data entry, and could this process be streamlined?
  • How do you gather and analyse client feedback?
  • Do you have any processes that are of high business importance where accuracy is critical?

These questions helped us uncover potential areas for AI integration to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads. In the second part of the workshop, we educated the team on AI technologies, discussing the latest advancements, industry best practices, and specific applications that aligned with Steadyrack’s business. We provided them with a clear understanding of what’s possible and how AI could fit into their current processes.

Following the workshop, we compiled a detailed report outlining the AI opportunities identified. The report offered an overview of relevant AI technologies and actionable recommendations tailored to their operations. This strategic document gave them the knowledge and direction they needed to make informed decisions on AI implementation across their business.

Result

The workshop provided Steadyrack with three key insights into how AI could deliver powerful value in their business. We identified specific opportunities where AI could enhance operational efficiency, improve customer interactions, and streamline internal processes. These insights gave Steadyrack a clear direction on how AI can be strategically integrated into their company. As a result, they are now utilising AI tools more effectively and are investigating Microsoft Copilot to boost team efficiency. Additionally, they are planning to integrate a custom AI solution identified during the workshop, aimed at boosting sales of their product.
