Intro to large language models
Our Claude training begins with a clear, non-technical introduction to large language models (LLMs). We explain what a large language model is, how Claude fits into this category, and why these tools behave the way they do.
Common misconceptions are addressed early, helping participants understand limitations, reliability, and where caution is required. This stage sets the foundation for using Claude realistically and responsibly in a business context.
Claude fundamentals
We then move into the core fundamentals of using Claude effectively. Participants learn how to identify suitable business use cases, write clear and effective prompts, and avoid the most common mistakes that lead to poor outputs.
The session covers essential functionality, including starting new chats, using projects, chat history and memory, editing messages, retrying responses, selecting the appropriate model, and uploading files.
Customising Claude
In this stage we focus on Skills, Connectors and Routines, the building blocks which allow Claude to go from a helpful assistant to something that can automate real work.
We train your team on how connectors work and how they enable AI to interact with real world systems. Participants then get a chance to build real workflows with these connectors by creating skills and routines with help from Claude experts.
Cowork and advanced features
The final stage explores advanced Claude capabilities that are often underused or misunderstood.
We do a deep dive into Claude Cowork, one of Claude’s most powerful features. The session covers what Cowork is, what use cases it’s appropriate for and how it differs from normal Claude Chat.
We also cover integrations like Claude in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and advanced functionality such as Artifacts and Dispatch.
