NeuroWell Hub: Giving Clinicians Their Time Back by Automating Mental Health Risk Assessment Reports
Clinicians get hours back with an AI that turns assessment results into ready-to-go mental health reports.
3Lines Group’s 50-60 AFSL-licensed enterprise clients all depend on every Statement of Advice standing up against ASIC and Corporations Act requirements, so we built Regi – an AI compliance assistant now live inside 3Lines’ RegiVet product that reviews every SOA in two passes, scoping which advice areas apply and then running around 50 detailed compliance checks with commentary, page references, and citations, while leaving the final compliance call with a human reviewer.
We recently completed a project with AI Advancements and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Their team is energetic, highly motivated and absolutely true to their word. What they commit to, they deliver… They don’t just execute tasks, they think strategically, challenge constructively and contribute ideas that add real value… Throughout the engagement, they demonstrated deep technical capability, clear communication and a strong sense of ownership… Highly recommended.

An AFSL compliance reviewer’s job is to read a Statement of Advice cover to cover and check it against a long list of regulatory requirements – is every recommendation justified, is every disclosure present, does every section reference the right sources. Miss one requirement and the risk doesn’t disappear, it just moves downstream to an audit, a client complaint, or a licensing review. At 3Lines’ scale, that review process was entirely manual, meaning quality depended on how much time and attention a reviewer had for any given document, with no consistent way to catch the same issue every time or point back to exactly where in a hundred-page document a problem sat. 3Lines needed a way to apply the same rigorous check to every single SOA, flag exactly where and why something needed attention, and still leave the actual compliance judgement with a qualified human.

Regi reviews a Statement of Advice in two stages. First, it works through 14 advice areas and determines which are actually relevant to that specific document. Then it runs a detailed pass – around 50 compliance questions – giving commentary, page references, and citations for each finding, along with suggested remediation where something needs fixing.

Regi is live in production inside 3Lines’ RegiVet product today, reviewing Statements of Advice for 3Lines’ enterprise client base. Reviewers get a structured, cited starting point on every document instead of a blank page, and 3Lines has a genuine “second line of defence” compliance tool it can point to as a differentiator for its own clients. The relationship has continued to grow since – 3Lines came back to extend Regi with OCR capability for handwritten and scanned documents, a sign of how much value the original build delivered.
