Brief
SteadyRack already knew AI had potential in their business, but hadn’t yet taken a structured look at where the biggest opportunities actually sat. In a focused 4-hour strategy workshop, we helped their team map their current processes, identify the highest-value AI opportunities, and walk away with a concrete direction for what to build and adopt next. The workshop surfaced three high-impact AI opportunities and gave SteadyRack’s leadership the clarity to act.
Problem
SteadyRack makes some of the most innovative bike storage products on the market. They’re a product-led business with a lean, focused team, and like a lot of growing companies, they could see AI moving fast around them without a clear view of where it fit best in their specific context. They’d already started integrating AI in parts of the business, so they weren’t starting from zero, but they hadn’t yet taken a step back to look at the full picture: which workflows had the most to gain, which tools were worth the investment, and what a custom solution might unlock that off-the-shelf products couldn’t. Good AI decisions require that kind of structured thinking first, and it’s genuinely hard to do from inside the business without a framework and an outside perspective.

Solution
We ran a 4-hour AI strategy workshop structured in two focused halves. The first half was a deep-dive into how SteadyRack actually operates, working through their workflows with targeted questions designed to surface AI opportunity: where the repetitive processes were, what forms and reports were regularly produced, how data moved through the business, how customer feedback was gathered, and where accuracy was critical. The second half shifted to education and application, walking the team through the latest AI capabilities, industry best practices, and specific tools and approaches relevant to their context, calibrated to SteadyRack’s business model, team size, and goals. After the workshop, we compiled a detailed report outlining every AI opportunity identified, with actionable recommendations tailored to their operations and a clear view of what to prioritise first.
Result
SteadyRack came out of the workshop with three concrete AI opportunities, a strategic report they could act on, and a clear sense of direction. The team is now using AI tools more effectively across their day-to-day work, actively exploring Microsoft Copilot to lift team productivity, and progressing a custom AI solution identified in the workshop with a direct line to boosting product sales.
