NeuroWell Hub: Giving Clinicians Their Time Back by Automating Mental Health Risk Assessment Reports
Clinicians get hours back with an AI that turns assessment results into ready-to-go mental health reports.
Jean Mangharam came to us with an idea: a platform that could help any business work out exactly what to do when a workplace injury or workers comp issue happens, and connect them straight to the right verified providers to fix it. We built the whole platform from scratch alongside her, from onboarding and security through to a custom AI agent that asks the right questions, generates a full action plan, and lists real products and providers a business can act on immediately.
When a workplace injury happens, most businesses don’t know where to start. What has to happen this week, what can wait, who they’re supposed to call, and what they’re even allowed to do all sit scattered across government guidance and industry documentation that most people never read until they’re already in a crisis. Get it wrong and the costs stack up fast: mishandled claims, drawn-out injuries, and workers who don’t get the support they need in time.
Jean had the idea but nothing built yet, no platform, no AI, no existing product. She needed a partner who could take a genuinely broad vision and turn it into something businesses could log into and use straight away, backed by AI that actually understood workers comp and injury management rather than guessing at it.
A business sets up their account and can either ask the AI simple questions directly or step through a fully guided agent flow, built specifically to gather the right details about an injury or issue. From there, the AI produces a complete action plan split into near-term, medium-term, and long-term steps, and connects the business straight to service providers and relevant products, like an ergonomic chair for a back injury, so the plan turns into action rather than sitting on a screen.

We delivered a fully built platform, from onboarding through to the AI agent and provider connections, exactly as scoped. Businesses can sign up, use the chat or guided agent flow to work through a real workplace injury issue, and walk away with a clear, ordered action plan and a direct path to the providers who can help. Jean took the finished MVP forward to investors with a genuinely working product behind her, built from nothing but an idea at the start.
