Advanced ChatGPT Training for Tusk Finance

Brief

The team at Tusk Finance were already getting a lot of value out of ChatGPT, but were unsure how to go beyond simple Q&A to extend ChatGPT’s capabilities.

Problem

Employees were frequently using ChatGPT as part of their work, but there was uncertainty in the organisation regarding what was an appropriate use case and what advanced features they were missing.

The team had been experimenting with building their own agents using CustomGPT’s and were seeking clarity on how to do this the right way. The team was also unfamiliar with advanced functionality like Deep Research and Projects and wanted a deep dive which covered all of ChatGPT’s core functionalities.

Solution

The session included multiple challenges and examples for staff, who were able to create their own agents and perform deep research queries under the guidance of an AI specialist who could help them during the session.

As part of the session, we also examined their CustomGPT to identify options for extending its capabilities within ChatGPT, using no/low code platforms or custom development.

Result

The team left the session with knowledge of ChatGPT’s core feature set, with a clear idea how to customise ChatGPT to their own personal workflows. Particpants were able to build custom agents within ChatGPT during the session and gain the knowledge of how to extend them further.
