NeuroWell Hub: Giving Clinicians Their Time Back by Automating Mental Health Risk Assessment Reports
Clinicians get hours back with an AI that turns assessment results into ready-to-go mental health reports.
For WA Aviation College, in partnership with Coursebox, we built an AI agent system that automatically generates all required training documents for delivering face-to-face courses. By inputting the URL of a government-accredited unit, the system produces a full suite of documents including a Student Assessment Workbook, Student Manual, Trainer and Assessor Guide, Trainer Presentation, and a Mapping Spreadsheet, ensuring compliance with RTO standards in a fraction of the time traditionally required.
Registered Training Organisations operate in a compliance-heavy environment. Every unit they deliver requires a specific set of documents, student assessments, learning materials, trainer guides, classroom presentations, and a mapping spreadsheet that auditably links every assessment back to the unit’s competency criteria. Each document needs to be accurate, consistent with the others, and demonstrably compliant. For WA Aviation College, building this document set manually for each unit meant days of work per unit, compiling criteria from the official unit, writing assessments and model answers, building out learning materials, creating a PowerPoint for classroom delivery, and constructing the compliance mapping spreadsheet from scratch. With multiple units to deliver, the bottleneck was significant.
We designed and built an AI agent system, developed in partnership with Coursebox, that generates a complete RTO course document set automatically from a single input: the URL of a government-accredited unit. The system reads the unit’s learning outcomes and competency criteria, then produces five interconnected documents in one run:
All five documents are generated together, consistent with each other, and compliant with RTO standards from the moment they’re produced. The system is fully generalised, working for any government-accredited unit, not just aviation. For WA Aviation College, we deployed it across five specific aviation units.
A full set of compliant RTO training documents now takes 10 to 15 minutes to generate, down from multiple days of manual work. For an organisation delivering across multiple units, that’s not just a time saving, it’s a fundamental change in how fast they can get courses into delivery. WA Aviation College now produces consistent, professional, compliant training materials faster than was previously possible. The compliance mapping is built in from the start, not added as a final check. With the system generalised to handle any accredited unit, the same capability extends well beyond aviation into any RTO looking to modernise how they build course materials.
